Throughout the many years of my pastoral practice, I have learnt that meditation and contemplation significantly improve and deepen my relationship to my fellow human beings. Contemplation is a reliable source for me in supporting severely ill people, an aspect of my work which has been close to my heart for a long time. When I first found out about Maly meditation it was immediately clear to me that the ill are significantly better cared for if they learn to meditate themselves.

It is a wonderful method for guiding severely ill patients on the path to self-assurance:

To look into the future with hope despite illness, to take part in life and even make plans. By including the partner in the process of healing the effect is further strengthened.
